As trends in floor covering have changed, ACR has changed its service menu to meet the new needs of its customers. ACR now offers a wide range of services including stone, tile and grout care, anti-allergen cleaning and treatment of mattresses, carpet and upholstery, green cleaning options as well as expert stain and odor removal and carpet and upholstery protection.
In 2005, responding to the explosive growth of Oriental and contemporary area rugs, ACR opened its Expert Rug Care Center, a 4,000 square foot stand alone facility dedicated to the proper cleaning and care of such rugs.

For our residential customers, once we have provided services, you automatically become part of our Preferred Care Program that offers priority scheduling, free lifetime refills on our special carpet stain remover and a 20% discount on repeat cleanings within six months of the original service date.
ACR is a member of the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), the Restoration Industry Association (RIA) as well as the Better Business Bureau and has been the recipient of the Better Business Bureau’s “Complaint Free Award” from 2002 through 2010.
